Software License Terms

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Authenticore for the software product identified above.

1. Grant of License

This license permits you to install and use the software on a single computer or server, as specified in your license type.

2. License Restrictions

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• You may not rent, lease, or lend the software
• You may not transfer the license without prior authorization
• The software is licensed, not sold

3. Activation & Validation

The software requires periodic internet connection to validate the license. Offline grace periods may apply.

4. Support & Updates

Technical support and software updates are included during the active license period as specified in your subscription.
